1. Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project country and project requirements. You may also provide your WhatsApp number, products of interest, project stage, preferred timing and whether you plan to visit Foshan or source remotely. Please do not include passports, banking details or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.

2. How the enquiry works

You can review and edit your brief before sending it. When you confirm Send enquiry, this website submits your form information to Formspree, the third-party form service selected by Juhaus. The request includes site labels identifying juhausfurniture.com and any checked selection, source record, service stage or campaign context. The shared Juhaus Formspree account can review accepted enquiries so the team can respond.

A success message means Formspree accepted the form; it does not confirm delivery of a notification email, a reply or acceptance of a project. If receipt cannot be confirmed, your entries remain on this page so you can retry or choose email or WhatsApp. The website does not save your name, email, phone or brief in browser storage and does not place those fields in website URLs.

Juhaus uses the information you send to understand your requirements, respond and discuss a potential project. Please ask your contact about handling any further documents before sharing them. This notice does not promise a specific enquiry retention period. Formspree processes submitted information under its privacy policy.

3. Optional website analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps Juhaus understand pages viewed, WhatsApp link clicks and when the enquiry service accepts a submitted form. You can choose Decline and still browse the website and use the enquiry form. This site does not load Google Ads, Google Tag Manager containers, AppLovin or Meta Pixel.

After you allow analytics, Google receives standard usage and browser/device information and may set first-party Analytics cookies. This site sends page addresses and referrers without query parameters or fragments. It does not send your enquiry name, email, phone number, message or the full WhatsApp contact link to Google. Automatic form-interaction and outbound-link measurement are disabled; the site records only the specific enquiry actions described here.

A WhatsApp click means that the link was opened; it does not confirm that you sent a message. A form enquiry is counted only after Formspree accepts the submission. Acceptance does not confirm that a notification email reached Juhaus, that the team read it, or that a project has been accepted.

Your analytics choice is normally stored in this browser so it can be respected on later visits. You can change it below. Changing from Allow to Decline disables measurement, clears this site's accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page to remove the active library. Information Google already received remains subject to Google’s privacy information.

4. Email, WhatsApp and Facebook links

Email links open your chosen email application. WhatsApp and Facebook links open separate services. These links do not send a message on your behalf. Review your message before sending. Your use of those services is subject to their own privacy information and settings.

Opening or interacting with Formspree, email or WhatsApp may involve data handling outside your country. Ask us before sharing information that you consider sensitive. The website does not provide a fixed retention period for enquiries; contact Juhaus about a specific record or deletion request.

5. Questions and requests

For questions about an enquiry you have sent, or to request that the team correct or remove information where applicable, email info@juhausglobal.com. Include enough context to identify your enquiry, without sending unnecessary identity documents.
